Streak-Free Windows, Inside and Out

The biggest complaint homeowners have about window cleaning is that it "still looks streaky when the sun hits it." That's usually one of three things: hard tap water drying on the pane, a squeegee technique that leaves a scum line at the bottom, or minerals trapped in old worn rubber. We solve all three.

Pure water, fed through a pole

For exteriors, we use deionized water pushed through carbon-fibre telescoping poles with soft brushes. Pure water leaves zero residue because there's nothing in it to leave behind — no calcium, no fluoride, no chlorine. It also means we can clean second and third storey windows from the ground. Your eavestroughs and landscaping never see a ladder prop.

For interiors, we still use traditional squeegee + microfiber technique because pure water on interior glass invites streaks from the interior dust floating in your air. Squeegee gets it clean first, microfiber gets the perimeter.

What gets cleaned

Every visit includes:

• Glass, both sides if booked
• Screens — removed, washed, air-dried, reinstalled
• Tracks — vacuumed and wiped
• Sills — interior AND exterior
• Frames — interior, microfiber pass
• Weep holes — cleared so your window's drainage works

When to book

• Spring (April–May): Winter salt spray and road grime. Our busiest season.
• Fall (September–October): Summer dust + post-pollen. Great for winter prep.
• Twice a year: The sweet spot for most homes.
• Post-construction: If you've had renovation work, new builds, or painting, book the full restoration package — paint specks and silica dust need scraping not just washing.

Safety — the boring but important bit

Second and third storey work is where most window cleaning injuries happen. We carry $2M general liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every technician. We never free-climb. Pure-water fed poles + articulated pole extenders replace 85% of our ladder work. For the rare interior catwalk or loft window, we use a proper telescopic work platform.
