We carry all required business licensing for Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Mississauga. We are not a regulated trade (pressure washing and window cleaning don't require a trade license in Ontario), but we maintain all applicable business registrations.

No — every person at your property is our direct employee. Uniformed, WSIB-covered, trained to our standards. Same faces visit after visit.

We occasionally take jobs in adjacent areas (Halton Hills, Bronte Creek, Clarkson-adjacent Toronto) but our home region is the four-city core. Outside that radius we'll refer you to a trusted local operator.

Pressure washing, exterior windows, interlock cleaning run April through mid-November (weather dependent). Gutter cleaning into early December. Interior window cleaning is year-round.

Not with soft-wash technique. Vinyl, aluminum, fiber-cement, and engineered wood should all be cleaned at under 500 PSI with detergent. High pressure (3000+ PSI) is only for concrete, stone, and brick. We match technique to surface on every job.

Yes for oil stains, gum, and heavy grease. Most residential work is cold water + detergent.

We pre-wet sensitive plantings, tarp where needed, and post-rinse. Our detergents are biodegradable and plant-safe at working dilution. 500+ jobs, zero plant fatalities.

Annual soft-wash for most homes. Shaded north elevations or escarpment-proximity homes may benefit from every 9-12 months. Driveways every 1-2 years.

Yes — interior + exterior is our most popular package. Exterior-only or interior-only also available.

We filter tap water through a deionizer that removes minerals. The pure water bonds to dirt, rinses clean, and dries spot-free — no squeegee required outside.

No — we remove, rinse, and reinstall them as part of every window clean.

No. Pole system means no ladders on landscaping. Drop cloths under every interior window.

Our "full restoration" package includes fluoride-safe mineral deposit removal. Standard package handles regular cleaning.

Exterior-only 2-storey, about 2 hours. Interior + exterior standard 2-storey, 3-4 hours.

Twice a year — late spring (after pollen) and late fall (after leaves). Escarpment or heavy-canopy homes sometimes need 3x.

Yes — bagged and hauled to municipal green-bin or compost. No pile on your lawn.

We photograph, show you, give honest options, and refer to a roofer if replacement is needed. We don't do gutter repair ourselves.

Yes — both mesh and solid-top. Ask for a quote when we're on site.

Fascia edge wipe is included. Full fascia wash (tiger stripes) is a separate pressure washing service.

Gutters run into early December, weather permitting. Once sustained freeze hits we pack in until spring.

It's a multi-step process across two visits. Clean, dry, re-sand is a labour-intensive job with expensive polymeric sand. Sealing adds another visit. Different scope entirely from a pressure wash.

Surface efflorescence yes. Deep-set only partially. Pre-treat with muriatic (1:10) is standard for newer pavers with heavy efflorescence.

Wet-look makes colors richer and gives glossy finish (3-5 year). Matte preserves natural look with UV protection (2-3 year). We bring samples and do test patches.

Clean only, 2 hours. Clean + re-sand, 24 hours. Clean + re-sand + seal, 24-48 hours.

Yes, but with realistic expectations. 20+ year old stones won't return to factory color without a wet-look sealer doing most of the work.

Same-week is normal outside peak spring/fall. Peak periods (April-May, September-October) may be 2-3 weeks out. Urgent requests — call us, we slot rush jobs when we can.

Not for exterior work, as long as access is safe and any outdoor water is on. Interior windows yes. Gutter work no.

Yes, with 24 hours notice. No charge. Weather cancellations are on us.

Yes — Saturdays are a standard work day for us. Sundays by appointment for urgent jobs.

We book 3-hour arrival windows. We call 30-60 minutes before arriving.
