How pricing works
- You request a quote. Online form, phone, or email.
- We walk your property (physically for bigger jobs, via photos for smaller). Free and under no obligation.
- We send a written quote with a fixed scope. Usually within 24 hours.
- You approve (or adjust and re-approve).
- We schedule — typically within the week.
- We clean, walk-through with you, and send the invoice.
- You pay — e-transfer, credit card, or cheque.
Bundle and save
Combine two or more services in one visit and save 10–15% off the total. Common combos:
- House soft-wash + driveway clean

What's not in the price
- HST (13% Ontario) — added on the invoice
- Extras that emerge on site, rare — we eat them where possible and notify you before charging
- Gutter repair or paver replacement — we don't do these (we refer to specialists)
- "Urgent" fees — we don't charge them. Urgent jobs go into the rush queue and get a fair price
Our satisfaction guarantee
We walk every property with you at the end. If anything isn't right, we fix it. If you're still not satisfied, we refund that portion of the invoice. Simple.

Questions about our rates.
We're in the mid-market price range because we use better equipment, better detergents, and actual employees (not subcontractors). The "from $99" specials you see elsewhere are bait prices — when they arrive, your actual cost will be 3-5x that. We quote fixed, and our fixed number stands.
Yes — combining two or more services in one visit saves 10-15% off the total. Common combos are house wash + driveway, or window + gutter + house wash.
No — walk-through quotes are free and under no obligation.
Yes — credit card, e-transfer, and cheque. Invoice is emailed the same day as service.
Starting prices are the same. Larger properties (more common in Lorne Park, Mineola, or Oakville lakeside) take more time and may be quoted higher. We don't surcharge by city.
HST is additional (13% in Ontario). The prices listed are pre-tax. Quote will itemize it.
