What to look for
- Pressure washing: evenness of the result (no streaks, no stripes), plant health, no damage to siding or pointing.
- Window cleaning: clarity in direct sun (pure-water pole leaves no mineral spots), screen cleanliness, track detail.
- Gutter cleaning: downspout flow at ground level, absence of sediment pile under downspout, fascia condition.
- Interlock cleaning: joint sand level flush with paver surface, color restoration (especially with wet-look seal), absence of white haze.
